The Underwriting and New Business team is pleased to introduce priority processing and personalized service for your large individual insurance cases. We want to ensure your large cases get the attention and expertise they deserve.

This new service consists of giving priority to large cases at every step of the process, starting from the moment the application is received, to underwriting and finally to the issuing of the policy. A highly experienced employee is assigned to the case throughout the entire process.

 

HOW CAN YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS NEW VIP SERVICE?

The following cases qualify:

• Life insurance application with a coverage of $5 million or more for a single insured OR
• Application (all product types) with an annual premium of $10,000 or more.

 

VIP SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS

1- Priority processing

• The case analysis is assigned to a team leader e.g. a highly qualified underwriter with considerable experience.
• The underwriter analyzes the initial application and the provided underwriting requirements and takes action within 24 hours of receipt.
• The issuing and verification of the policy are given priority.
• The policy is inserted in a leather document folder and is sent via priority mail to ensure a quick delivery.

2- Personalized service

• Following the initial analysis of the application, the underwriter provides the agency with his/her contact information by email and makes it available via LifeSuite as well.
• You benefit from easy access to the underwriter assigned to the case throughout the underwriting process.
• The underwriter closely monitors the case and provides you with regular status updates (via LifeSuite).
