Beutel Goodman recognized

Beutel Goodman’s American Equity Fund receives the best US Equity Fund award at the 2015 Morningstar Canadian Investment Awards.

Morningstar Research Inc., a leading provider of independent investment research, recently announced the winners of the 2015 Morningstar Canadian Investment Awards. The evening honours companies and individuals that Morningstar believes have made a difference in the lives of investors through superior investment products, service, marketing, and education.

During this evening, Beutel Goodman’s American Equity Fund won the "Best US Equity Pooled Fund" award. This fund has been available at SSQ since November 9: SSQ Beutel Goodman U.S. Equity GIF.

We would like to congratulate Beutel Goodman for this achievement and we are proud to have chosen this exceptional manager for our family of funds.

It is also worth mentioning that three other managers that can be found on SSQ's segregated fund platform that were nominated at this event:
