- No proof of loan required at time of issue.
- Variety of life term durations (10, 15, 20, 25, 30 or 35 year term) with a choice of level or decreasing amount of insurance.
- The built-in insurability benefit allows for an increase of the life insurance amount by 25% (up to a maximum of $100,000) without the need for a medical exam or any additional questionnaires. This benefit is also included in our Disability rider.
- Included at no cost in the Term life insurance coverage, the Extreme Disability Benefit pays up to 50% of the insured amount in advance (up to a maximum of $250,000) in the event of an extreme disability.

- Disability rider designed to cover loan payments, offers a choice of 2 years, 5 years or to age 65 disability benefit periods. The benefit is payable to the insured and not to the lender. For 2-year and 5-year benefit periods, the waiting period of 30 days applies if disability results directly from an accident, hospitalization of at least 72 hours or day surgery.
- Possibility to cover a variety of loan types such as mortgage loan or mortgage line of credit, personal line of credit, personal loan, commercial mortgage loan or line of credit.
- A $20,000 Critical illness rider, a great way to introduce a tax-free living benefit, may be offered without requiring additional evidence of insurability. Simple and highly affordable, this rider covers the 3 most claimed illnesses (cancer, heart attack and stroke).
- Assistance benefit is a value-added service! Included at no additional cost with Disability and Critical illness riders, this benefit offers your clients various types of services such as legal assistance, medical referral or psychological services to name a few.
- The Waiver of premium rider is an option to further enhance the coverage. In case of total disability, the insurance premiums will be waived.
