New documents in force as of November 21
AMENDMENT TO THE INFORMATION FOLDER
As of November 21, 2016, you must give the Amendment to the Information Folder and Contract (MRA674 2016-11) to each new investor along with the June 2016 Information Folder. Fund Facts for the three new funds have been included.
To order the new documents, please complete the Order Form and the documents will be sent to you shortly.
APPLICATION FORM UPDATES
Application forms have been updated to include information about the new funds. Please note that the two previous versions dated November 2015 and June 2016 will continue to be accepted. Also, we will continue filling your orders with the June 2016 version until stocks are depleted. It is therefore not necessary to discard copies you may still have.
FUND AND CODE LISTS
Documents listing funds and their codes have also been updated.

NEW RIDERS TO THE ANNUITY CONTRACT FOR LOCKED-IN RETIREMENT PLANS
The riders that must be given to locked-in plan contractholders have been separated into different documents according to the applicable plan and province. These riders form an integral part of the Annuity Contract as stipulated in the Information Folder and Contract (BRA1620).
