Round of SSQ conferences: a resounding success from coast to coast!

Our latest pan-Canadian round of conferences was held throughout October and November.

Following presentations held in the Quebec and Montreal regions, the SSQ team hit the road, visiting Mississauga and Richmond Hill in the Greater Toronto area, as well as Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary. Presentations will also be held in Saskatoon and Winnipeg in the coming days. This exciting nation-wide initiative provides a forum for networking and discussion with our business partners.

Of particular note were the no fewer than 800 advisors who accepted our invitation: a testament to the success of the Group's efforts to promote the SSQ brand across Canada.

 

LAUNCH OF SSQ UNIVERSAL LIFE

The conference also served as a platform for the official launch of our new SSQ Universal Life product. The presentations by Sylvain Charbonneau, Vice-President Actuarial and Marketing, and Cindy Bateman, Senior Marketing Advisor, both from the individual insurance and investment team, were warmly received. The timing was right for SSQ to reenter the universal life insurance market and we chose to do so with a simple, accessible and highly competitive product.
