REMINDER: New Application Forms and Information Folder and Contract

As previously communicated on May 12, 2014, as of today, you must use the new versions of the Application Form and Information Folder when enrolling a new investor. To order these new documents, please submit your Order Form to the email address or fax number provided.

 

NEW APPLICATION FORMS

In addition to updating our funds table, the text regarding NRSPs (Sections 3 and 4 on the FRA641 form) was rephrased in order to clarify the questions about the non-registered savings plans. Also, in the "Authorizations and Signatures" section, a sentence about the needs assessment was added: "I also confirm that when required by law I have given investors the duly completed assessment of their needs."

The previous versions of these forms will be accepted until July 11, 2014. After this date, only the new updated versions will be accepted.

 

NEW INFORMATION FOLDER AND CONTRACT BROCHURE

As part of the annual contractual document registration, the Information Folder and Contract (BRA1620) brochure was updated along with the new Fund Facts, among others, as at December 31, 2013.

The new brochure must be used as of June 9, 2014. We ask that you discard any previous versions that you may still have.
