Easy access to policy issue and settling requirements of your pending cases
With the objective of serving you better, you will soon be able to see the policy issue requirements in Ingenium. In addition, a new “Policy Issue and Settling Requirements” report will be available in the Electronic Web Reports.
POLICY ISSUE REQUIREMENTS AVAILABLE IN INGENIUM
In addition to the settling requirements that you currently see in Ingenium, as of January 27; you will also be able to view the policy issue requirements for each one of your pending cases with SSQ. To learn more, click on Questions & Answers – Policy issue requirements in Ingenium.
NEW “POLICY ISSUE AND SETTLING REQUIREMENTS” REPORT AVAILABLE IN THE ELECTRONIC WEB REPORTS
You will be able to see a new report combining policy issue and settling requirements for all your pending cases with SSQ. As such, requirements added on January 27 on your pending cases will appear on the report the very next day. BENEFITS FOR YOU
By knowing what policy issue and settling requirements are outstanding, you will be able to forward them as soon as possible, allowing us to:
- Issue and mail the policy once the policy issue requirements have been received; and
- Settle the policy and pay your commission once the settling requirements have been received.
Please note that the client’s declarations included in the policy will be sealed as of January 27 to ensure confidentiality of the information.
