MFS McLean Budden name change

Asset management firm MFS McLean Budden will be conducting its business activities in Canada under the name MFS Investment Management Canada Limited starting November 1, 2013, aligning its Canadian operations with the company’s global brand.

MFS is a global asset management firm serving corporate clients in over 75 countries. The name change does not affect any investment practices or business processes.

Consequently, the ASTRA MFS McLean Budden U.S. Equity Fund will be renamed ASTRA MFS U.S. Equity Fund as of November 11. Investors will receive notice of this name change with their investment statements next January.

MFS is also manager of the ASTRA Money Market Fund.
