Confidentiality of personal information

SSQ Financial Group is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal information at all times and has implemented procedures designed to protect advisors and clients alike.

This is why we DO NOT permit disclosure of information about clients to any person other than the advisor assigned to the case, whether it is by phone, fax or email, unless we have been authorized to do so by said advisor.

An assistant or an employee of the advisor may obtain this type of information only if we have obtained prior written authorization from the advisor giving us permission to send information to the individual in question about his/her clients. Upon receipt of this written notice, the name of the individual will be put on file and our employees will be able to send the required information. It is the advisor's responsibility to inform us when these authorizations should be withdrawn or whether others should be added.
