La Capitale
Administrative Bulletin

Coming to La Capitale as of November 20, 2017: exclusively electronic savings and investment transactions!

Fundserv users

All La Capitale investment transactions supported by Fundserv must be entered by the general agent without exception.

It is important to use the T-2033 form which you can access on our website under the Brokers tab, in the Fundserv section, so that the cheque sent from the other financial institution is forwarded to you.

The following are several exceptions which we will continue to accept on paper if you use Fundserv:
  • LIRAs, LIFs and non-registered investments
  • GIC sales
  • Plan transfers
The alternative is having your brokers use the Mobile Office app. This is our iPad app for transmitting investment transactions online. It’s THE La Capitale Savings-Investments form that follows you wherever you go, allowing you to do away with paper forms!

If your brokers would like to download our Mobile Office app, they can email us at or call us at 1 866 867-9296 for more information.

As of November 20, all transactions must be sent to us electronically, with a few exceptions.

6 major advantages of electronic transactions

Whether you are doing transactions with Fundserv or using our Mobile Office app, sending us your savings and investment instructions electronically has the following advantages:
  • Faster processing of your clients’ instructions and applications
  • Simple, easy and user-friendly
  • Reduces errors
  • Your clients’ personal information is secure
  • Certificates and contracts are delivered more quickly
