Important reminder: New application documents

Changes to our investment products and services took effect on June 5, 2017. This means that new application documents must now be used. To order your new documents, please use our Order Form.



The Information Folder was updated with Fund Facts as at December 31, 2016, and the continuing beneficiary option was included.



Application forms were updated in order to include the new regulatory requirements for non-registered investment accounts. We also reviewed the format and created a specific version for SSQ Private Wealth Management contracts.

New documents must now be used. Previous versions will longer be accepted.

Other documents have been updated, taking into account the segregated fund changes, the addition of the continuing beneficiary and the changes to the eligibility of sales charge options for the optimal guarantee (100/100).
